South East Executive Club
The SECCF Executive Club allows senior contact centre professionals to network in private with colleagues from the South East to exchange views and thoughts on the future stratagy of customer service. We intend to organise 6 networking events a year, where we will invite industry experts to deliver presentations on key topics that will stimulate debate and discussion, in an informal and relaxed enviroment.

'Customer Service Megatrends"
The contact centre is suddenly alive with new possibilities.
Customer expectations now include a tight fusion of both social and mobile interaction. Both transformative in their implications for how service experiences are designed and delivered.
Channel choice is now standard fare. This has now moved onto tougher challenges such as delivering cross channel customer journeys.
On the people agenda, the focus on customer engagement has triggered an equivalent internal effort to nurture new cultures based on empowerment and a much broader collaborative effort to keep improving the quality of service. On top of this sits the arrival of Analytics and its promise to reposition contact centres as intelligence hubs that add strategic value across an organisation.
Truly the contact centre is being reshaped in front of our eyes.
